    • Delivery times are for Europe 2-5 business days, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland can take a little longer due to border delay.
    • You will receive a tracking details via email when you make your on-line purchase.
    • International orders ship USPS international priority mail. ThinLine is not responsible for customs and duties countries charge to import merchandise.

Refund Policy

    • We encourage you to use your ThinLine product before deciding to return it. It may still be returned slightly used.
    • All ThinLine products come with a 30 day no hassle refund.
    • Please keep tracking details for  your return. ThinLine is not responsible for packages lost.

      Products returned must have a copy of receipt in package.
