Lockdown hitch pins are self-locking, vertical hitch pins used to connect any tractor or truck to field implements, wagons, trailers, spreaders, mixers, and other tow-behind applications.
The locking mechanism is gravity actuate and we designed it to stay in place. So you can say goodbye to a cotter of similar accessories as you often lose it into the field due to the impact of the ground and rocks. For example, corn stalks and windrows of hay snag, push and pull these pins out of place.
The lock is gravity actuate and does not require greasing.

Our trailer, tractor, and wagon hitch pins meet or exceed the strength and durability of similar pins on the market in addition to providing a more secure way to use them. We make the pins and latches from heat-treated grade 5, C40 steel, and gold oxide plated.
We cut all machined parts with a chamfered edge to minimize any possible deformation of a corner when hit by an external force. Â The coiled spring pins that we use as the pivot point are made from high-strength, hardened stainless steel.
