Basic Half Pad or Contour Half Pad?
Half Pads offer a discrete amount of protection directly under your saddle. Contour pads add protection under the stirrup bar and will help control left to right saddle slip. ThinLine absorbs impact by moving it laterally along the pad. Unless the price is a serious barrier, we suggest you choose the contour pad; the more ThinLine foam you have, the better it works.

Tack Care Instructions
ThinLine Tack is extremely easy to take care of. We do strongly recommend using our all-natural ThinLine Cleaners when wiping down and cleaning your ThinLine Tack. It works great for our reins, boots, girths and more. Using baby wipes or a little simple dish soap works well for quick cleans up too.
To ensure the longevity of your ThinLine Tack. It is important to keep it away from chemicals such as Show Sheen, Fly Sprays, Leather Oils, etc. This can cause the ThinLine foam to harden. Be certain to clean thoroughly if they come in contact. If you are conditioning a leather portion of ThinLine Tack, we recommend using a paste-like style to control the application.

Ik heb al jaren een half pad met rand, deze is zeer fijn onder mijn dressuur zadel. En ik gebruik de half pad die ook onder de stijgbeugelriemen door loopt. Deze is eigenlijk iets te klein/smal. Mijn kussen van cwd zadel zijn best breed. Dat is wel jammer. Als er een 2/3 cm ruimere komt ben ik 10000% fan! Want het werkt perfect voor paard maar ook zeker voor de ruiter!!!

Surprisingly thin, I first thought how could this possibly work but I do believe it has for my horse. The saddle does not move to the left anymore and she definitely felt better under saddle. I was concerned about adding another layer under my saddle but this product really doesn’t affect the fit at all, very compact. So I would say 10 of 10.

I bought this saddle pad for my lovely coloured cob Bobby.
He’s in his middle 20’s now, his back is a bit dippy and I thought this pad would help him feel more comfortable.
I am convinced that it has helped him, he seems more at ease to ride, no more little hurried steps!
